In addition, there is a shared kitchen in the leisure area for tenants to use. A microwave oven, induction cooker, refrigerator, and tableware are provided for residents to use.
Tenants only need to bring their suitcases to check-in.

Entire a total of 4 floors with the rooftop of our building.
1st to 3rd floor, are provided by different types of rooms in gender.
Single room from HKD $3,600. Rental Price included water meter, electricity meter, Wi-Fi connection, Cleaning, Management & Maintenance Fee.
